The service provided was great, nothing to say about the work of the plumber. 5 stars to him. But the company charges felt way too much for the work. We would have liked to have the same plumber take care of other things in the house, but every time he check how much extra the company will charge for the job, the price just got too much. The plumber did an amazing job he selected a beautiful faucet to replace our old one. He did his best. But the company prices have no room for negotiation.

A million stars!!!! Steve and Lucas were absolutely amazing. My parents pipes burst and within 4 hours of calling they came and fixed everything!!! Very nice guys and dealt with my panicking. I will always use them if needed in the future and you all should too!!! Thank god for people like this!!! Thank you so much guys!!!

We got very quick service, I think the plumber actually arrived in less than an hour! After reviewing what was happening, he gave us our options and performed the option we selected. This happened in the late afternoon or early evening. It was already dark and there was a lot of snow on the ground.

I needed immediate, same day service in the early evening at my home. I went to the internet and looked up plumbing services that offered "24-hour, 7-day a week" availability. The first 3 places I called said that they could not get to me until the following day. Then I called Mr. Rooter. They were courteous and promptly got a technician to my house within an hour and a half. The technician, Lucas Kaufmann, was exceptional. The job was not easy, but he figured the problem out and got me all fixed up within an hour's time. Moving forward, I will start with Mr Rooter and I will request Lucas moving forward, as he had a great attitude and did a top-notch job. Thank you, Lucas for being a great help to us at a difficult time!!

Despite what was quite obviously a busy day (day after Thanksgiving at 10pm) TJ came out and did not leave until the job was done! There were several setbacks, which at the late hour might have prompted him to leave- but he chose to stay and continue until the job was complete! I only have one bathroom so I was really hoping he could make it work, and he really did a wonderful job! So thankful for all of his help! I highly recommend TJ!

This is my second time using Mr. Rooter and I have to say they are an excellent company of experienced professionals! The service techs were courteous, experienced and actually spent time trying to figure out the issue before proposing the solution. They were also patient and answered all my questions without rushing the work. I will be using them again.

TJ was amazing! 10/10 recommend this company. We were in an emergency state of panic with a burst pipe in the middle of a bad snowstorm. TJ came with knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and found the root of the problem within five minutes of being here. We will be using him again in the spring to fix an outdoor issue he found!

The technicians were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The price was too high I believe, but the technicians had no control over that. The technicians took their time and did a great job. I would use them again and also recommend them.

Excellent service! Charles and Nicholas of Mr. Rooter arrived to my scheduled service a few minutes early, wore sanitary shoe coverings, and were extremely professional. They found the source of my leak quickly and fixed the issue. While they here, I requested an additional hydraulic heating inspection which they accommodated. They were very knowledgeable and provided helpful tips. I highly recommend this team and I will definitely call them for all future plumbing needs!!

TJ came to my aid as the water pipe froze in my house. Although nothing could be done he gave me hints of what could be done my me which was very helpful. I found TJ very professional and caring about my situation. The best part of the very long night was the dogs adored him one wanted to accompany him to his next job. Thank you for employing such an amazing man. Plus today there is water running in the house. Thank you TJ and thank you Mr. Rooney plumbing for employing a man with helpful hints!!!!!

I had an unexpected plumbing emergency early on a Sunday morning. Mr Rooter, scheduled and had two extremely professional technicians at my home within ninety minutes. They resolved the issue within an hour. Sean and Dom are to be commended.

We couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Lucas was able to arrive within an hour on extremely short notice , which was a lifesaver. From the moment he showed up, he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had our drain unclogged in no time. His attention to detail and efficiency were outstanding, and it’s clear he really knows his craft. We’re grateful for the fast, high-quality service and will absolutely be calling again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

On a Saturday afternoon/evening my Drains stopped working properly and I have a pregnant wife with one bathroom. This company was able to accommodate me and get someone out here all in the same evening and fix my problem. The customer service line was super helpful and kept me up-to-date, and the technician that came out named Lucas was absolutely awesome. Hopefully I won’t ever have to use their services again but if I do, these guys are my go to.

Excellent company. I called them four times since April of this year, and they were very prompt. Three different plumbers but they were all very good: Lucas, Marvin and Kevin. Although they can be perhaps a bit more expensive at times, they only use quality parts not Home Depot universal junk, which does make a difference. They take their time and do extra so they don’t have to do something else and come back, etc. If you want the job done and guaranteed go with Mr. Rooter.

Lucas is wonderful and worked very hard to to find the problem. He explained everything in a way I could understand. In addition Phil was also very knowledgeable. James has done work at my house in the past as well. Would recommend without hesitation.

Nick D did a great job for me. There was a small leak under my kitchen sink that he quickly identified and thoroughly explained the whys to me as well as what it would take to repair it. Once he got the part the job took little time to fix. Nick was thorough, efficient, expedient, professional and polite! I’ve used Mr. Rooter in the past and highly recommend their team. We had to call them at 7:00pm after a backup occurred in our downstairs bathroom. Lucas arrived within an hour and quickly identified the cause of the problem which involved our sewer line. He was able to clear the line and flushed it while testing all our drains. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous he made a bad situation not so awful. Our experience was very positive and if we needed this service again, which I hope we do not, I would definitely call them.

TJ service was super professional and made it feel like a trusted friend was in my house instantly. Not only did he come to help me with a frozen pipe break but also recommend some other work to prevent upcoming problems. Highly recommend asking for TJ if you do the right thing and choose Mr.Rooter!

Super fast service! I called and within an hour they had a technician on the way. Lucas figured out the issue immediately and was able to get everything fixed with our water back on in a reasonable amount of time. He was very professional & kind. He explained everything and was very efficient.

I called mid afternoon and Tim arrived 2 hours later. He cleared the clogged kitchen sink line perfectly, his work was clean, neat, organized, and respectful of my home careful not dirty or damage anything. He’s a very knowledgeable and friendly young man I appreciate very much. The price he quoted was fair and reasonable in today’s marketplace. I highly recommend him.

Easiest and most professional experiences I have ever had with a plumber. I submitted the appointment request and within minutes my phone call was returned. They had someone here sooner than I requested and the technician was kind, quick and efficient. He was knowledgeable and generous with useful information. He was honest and fair with pricing and explaining issues and questions. His name was Justin. Very pleased and will absolutely recommend and use again.

Jessie is the best. I’ve had two water issues of varying severity in the last nine months and Jessie provided amazing service both times. Mr. Rooter’s customer service provided me with a prompt appointment to fix a burst pipe the morning after it happened. Jessie showed up with another great employee and thoroughly diagnosed the cause of the burst and made sure to replace the pipe as well as take measures to prevent any future bursts or other freezing issues. Jessie was friendly, skilled, and honest. Highly recommend him for any repairs or water related issues, as well as Mr. Rooter as a whole if the rest of the company is like him.

The day of the Blizzard of 2026 we experienced a back-up in our garbage disposal/kitchen sink. I unsuccessfully tried to unblock the clog. Plumbers were unavailable. The next day I called Mr. Rooter who dispatched Jesse within a few hours. He drained the sink with a wet vac, and snaked out the line. 30 minutes later all was back in order. Their timeliness and professionalism much appreciated. Pricing was at a premium but the service was delivered.

We had a backed up main drain and Lucas was our technician. He was in and out within an hour. He did a great job explaining it and getting right to work. He made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up the mess that was made. He was fantastic. It was an after hours call so the price was a bit high but well worth it. Our drains have never been better

Charles Dechert and his apprentice David were so wonderful! Thankyou so much for helping us in our time of need!!! As we are selling this house there’s so much to learn and could NOT have done this without them!!! What a great team!! I know now why Charles is such a great teacher!! Mike was a great service person & a real professional he looked at the issue we had explained in detail my options addressed all my concerns. He made me able to understand everything in clean language He was able to repair the failed valve, leak timely and for a fair price! We had another company take a look about a week ago - they charged me $175 for a service call didn't resolve my issue and gave an estimate for a $5500 replacement of my working furnace system - seemed sketchy which prompted me through a google search to call you guys and I'm glad I did! I will be a customer from now on! Thank you so much!

I had two amazing experiences with Mr. Rooter. During each appointment, the technicians made such an impression on me. The first visit was from Marvin Ganthier. He came out during the freezing temperatures on a Friday night. He diagnosed the problem but more importantly, took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel better about a potentially serious problem. Marvin was very nice, thorough, respectful and courteous. He answered my questions with clarity and kindness. He was awesome! He came right out within an hour of me calling after 5 pm. My other visit was from Lucas Kaufmann. This was for a different issue. Lucas fixed a shower cartridge that needed to be replaced and informed me of a larger issue. He was kind and thorough with his explanation of the problem. He gave me a quote and came back another day once he had the parts. This was a fairly big job which required drilling and cutting through tile. He work was very precise and clean during the repair. Lucas was awesome as well. I am very happy with Mr. Rooter and would recommend them to anyone! Great job Marvin and Lucas. You two were awesome!

Exceptional service. From the initial clean out to the identified major issue, Matt and his crew were both knowledgeable and professional. After an emergency sewerage pipe replacement, they immediately put us at ease and explained all of our options. They were meticulous and maintained the site, which was not easy.
